Idea: Duke from Java

It would be amazing to have Duke in SuperTuxKart. Here are my reasons: 1. Duke is the Java mascot and one of the most popular in open source. 2. It would attract more people to the game, as Java developers. 3. He has a lot of potential. 4. He's a very strange and mysterious character due to his appearance. I don't think there would be any problems if we added him because it's a BSD license.

We will not include this character in the game, for two main reasons:
- Java is very far from libre software, it is agressively monetized with plenty of licensing restrictions. It certainly doesn't enter the "mascots of free software projects" category.
- The character's design and appearance fit very poorly with the general aesthetics of the game.
