Return of the Enduro League

Well, after several problems with me (lol), I'm hosting again my Enduro League, now with support of FabianF to make this possible.

The races will be held in the server "Konqi's Endurance Resort"

These races are that competitive, even the current #1 ranked player couldn't make it to the finish line.

Did you notice that we played with items in normal race mode? It actually was quite exciting, so maybe let's keep it this way, as the tactical games with all the clutter and the swap items are really increasing the difficulty in such a long race.

The only time that's is different is the nitro rrspawn time (I changed it to be 4x faster). Maybe this improved the tournament races level.
