Bug: Ball disappearing

I have recently played Soccer and after I scored a goal, the ball disappeared and I didn't see it for the kickoff. It happened on the Mars map in STK 1.4, so it was an addon. It was the first time it happened to me. I played alone at the online server "Frankfurt Soccer Two".

Yeah, it happened in 1.4 and has happened only once to me so far.

Maybe a "0" fell over and became a "1". Cosmic rays.
Although I had this happen in a soccer game as well, but also only once (in maybe three years). With the ball being gone, there was no game to play so everyone had to jump back to the lobby to start over.

Those strange bugs that happen extremely rarely are some of the worst, because it makes it extremely difficult to figure out what may have gone wrong or to validate that any change fixes the real cause of a buggy behavior...
