Hi, I have a crazy idea, what if play audio when some animation is playing?
For example:
- When you hit another kart, play sound like "YES!!!" or "YEAHH!!!".
- When someone hits you: "Aaaaah!" or "Oh NO!!!".
Custom audios for each kart, audio can be for winning and losing as well.
What do you think about this idea?

I don't think it would be a good idea to tie sounds to animations specifically.
Rather, if characters actually had custom voice lines, some of them could be played in some circumstances, which could also be those used to play 3D animations.
The concept would certainly help to make characters feel more alive, but getting good-quality voice lines for over 20 karts isn't so simple. It also creates additional constraints around future karts and addons.
There is also the matter of localization, but that can easily be solved by not using English in the first place.
