Will I still be able to play on my t500?

New graphics will come at a cost of performance im guessing, will the game still be playable on a t500.

I assume you mean the Nvidia T500 GPU?
I guess it should run decently enough to play.
New tracks shouldn't be more demanding than Black forest, if you can run it just fine right now you will be good for sure, if not you might have to turn down graphic settings a bit for STK Evolution.

In that case it's harder to tell, but again you can use Black Forest as a test track, if it runs you are good.
