Proposed changes for the bomb

I have a question about the bomb, if i have the bomb on me and someone swatter me then it will only effect me or also the guy who used the swatter?

Only the kart with the bomb explodes.

Bomb should also effect the nearby players when a explosion happens ( not sure if its a good idea but had a thought about it )

From a realistic perspective there is some logic to it, but from a gameplay perspective that's not a good idea at all.
