@deedee I implemented the dedicated backwards firing button in the STK Evolution branch, as it takes away the network compatibility concerns that would make it even more complicated for 1.5.1. You can see the main commit here.

In 1.x, the AI karts all follow the same rules on how to position themselves relative to the driveline and curves, so there is an implicit trajectory this creates. It also makes playing against AIs a bit more boring than it could be because it's more predictable and less varied.

The last time I played around with changing the AI's main driving behavior was before 1.0 came out so I may forget something, but I don't remember an option to compute and display that implicit trajectory. I think there are some debug options in the code though so you could check them and see what is available. I also have no idea what "ADM" is.
