I have a great idea! 
Few days ago, I learned that you can make several animation for assets, and game will choose randomly what to play in current race, you need just put markers on timeline "start" and "end" several times to separate animations, like this.

So ... that gives me an idea, what if add this method to the karts as well?
When you repeat same markers of animation, for example "winning animation", and when you will win the race - game will randomly choose one of winning animations, that can be also for "loosing" animation, for "hit", for "jump", etc ...
