Hi,
I started playing STK1.4 a few months ago on Debian using its packages. In races chats I heard about Godette, but for me this kart is missing.
According to
https://github.com/supertuxkart/stk-code...ANGELOG.md and
https://blog.supertuxkart.net/2022/09/ it should be a new standard kart in STK1.4
It is neither listed in
https://github.com/supertuxkart/stk-code..._karts.xml nor included in
http://svn.code.sf.net/p/supertuxkart/co...ets/karts/
As there are no references and no assets for Godette it cannot be included I guess, but why was it announced for 1.4 and even improved for 1.5? What's going on?

When youre playing online, do you see other players playing Godette? Or Beastie?

No, I've never seen a different character than the standard karts. I assume all Godettes were replaced by other heavy karts. After adding

I reported to Debian in
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepor...ug=1115191, where I was told about license issues with Beastie. So created
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepor...ug=1115198 because Godette is included with a different license.
