For a reminder.
Be sure that when baking color for roughness and metalness, the color space must be set to Non-color (or Linear).
As for me, I am using Ucupaint for baking textures.
In my past, I've struggled to get value accurately until I realized both roughness and metal's textures are linear color instead of RGB.
Would advise playing around with the color space before combining it into a glossy texture.
