I was just in the middle of analyzing this because it looked like a routing or filtering issue from some networks. Interestingly, access from Switzerland seemed to work while it failed from other countries/networks.
I had also just created a forum post with test results, but I’ve deleted it now that this outage announcement explains the situation.
