1m30s per lap is a fairly easy time to beat for experimented players. Black Forest time-trials go below 1m10s per lap and while in normal races you won't get as many zippers and will have to deal with some basketballs and parachutes, 1m20s per lap wouldn't be too difficult.
Dedicating the time to actually do it can be annoying though, as it takes a while to complete!
