No, I've never seen a different character than the standard karts. I assume all Godettes were replaced by other heavy karts. After adding http://svn.code.sf.net/p/supertuxkart/co...ts/beastie to ~/.local/share/supertuxkart/addons/karts/ I can see and use Godette.
I reported to Debian in https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepor...ug=1115191, where I was told about license issues with Beastie. So created https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugrepor...ug=1115198 because Godette is included with a different license.
