How to delete a ranked account?

Go to https://online.supertuxkart.net/ and log in with your account and password. When starting the game for the first time, you created one to play online.

Users -> Settings -> Delete Account

Then you create a new account and start over.

Hm, all that sounds unnecessary complicated. What about an option to just delete the ranked results (instead of deleting the account entirely) and continue with the same account?
