We got reverse DNS set-up for our mail server and got unblocked by SpamHaus whose strict policies had been blocking our legitimate emails.
This means that Outlook/Hotmail and some other email providers no longer block the reception of our emails (account registration, password reset, etc.).
This should address the vast majority of reported cases of missing registration emails.
