More than a account in Ranked for PC and Mobile

Well, as you must know, some players plays well in PC and Mobile (me, FabianF, GeorgeCabillur, etc), even Fabian played ij ranked with two ranked accounts in 2020/21 (I guess): FabianF and MobileFabianF, but both accounts are given points punishments, cuz a hidden(?) rule: "It's forbidden of play ranked with more than a account".
I guess this rule is very stupid in case of "multicontroller" players, because the level of hability of playing in Mobils is higher (without speedometer, hard controls, etc, etc), so I guess this rule can be removed in case of the player uses a account that suggests that this guy is in Mobile (like MobileCream (MOBILE) and CreamBR (PC)).

In general, I'm open to the concept of allowing a player to have two ranked accounts, but right now there is no good way to police that. It just works on the honor system when it comes to respecting any claimed restriction, and it will also distort rankings somewhat.

Two things that could help I think:
- Saving the results (and best, recordings) of ranked races to make it much easier to check for any kind of rating manipulation.
- Give a way for the player to declare the secondary account, and handle it so that it doesn't take places away from others. It's not fun if 20 accounts in the top 100 are alt-accounts from players ranked higher up.

However, there is still be a concern that, since this is not a player's main account, they may be more casual about just doing random things that make their results much more unpredictable... If a player is consistently doing the same kind of things on a given account (like using touchscreen controls or a no-drifting challenge) it doesn't matter, but if the player switches between playing at his top level and those things, it messes up the ratings of other players too.

Is this about "accidently" racing with a disadvantageous controller on a ranked server? Else, why are two accounts necessary in the first place? Just don't play ranked if you don't want to lose points.
