Where can I find the .svg of cartoon theme icons?

I wanna make some concepts for a polished Race UI for Mobile, but I want to know if exists somewhere that I can download the .svg files (that is easier to edit) of cartoon theme (the classic is very outdated, so I'll recommend a redesign of the buttons for this theme, based in the new UI of STK Evolution).

He mentioned that some may be outdated, so it's possible that a few icons are different from the latest version present in the game. It's possible that the .svg files are available elsewhere too, but I'm not aware of it.

The theming files (or as the game refer them to in English, the skin files) can be found in data/skins

In that folder, you can find a SKIN_MAKING.md file in that folder that explains various rules about how skin work, and you can also find the game's official skins each in their own folder. They are essentially a collection of image files for UI elements with a stkskin.xml file that contains rules about how the skin work and what pictures.

Looking at how existing themes are made is the best way to start making a new one.

Thanks. The thing is, I was using the Snap version, and the 'skins' folder wouldn't let me edit it, so I installed the version from the website instead, and that worked.
